HIGH ROLLER SOCIETY HOUSE RULES: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
High Roller Society aims to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase. Please check all goods on receipt to ensure they have been supplied correctly. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We are happy to offer a replacement or a credit note on any unsatisfactory items, provided they are returned to us as soon as possible, in sellable condition, and where possible in the original packaging. Unless the purchased item is found to be faulty or not as described by High Roller Society, all shipped orders will be credited with a credit note minus the cost of postage.
High Roller Society is not responsible for loss or damage to items in transit, and therefore ask that returned goods are transported using a trackable parcel delivery or courier service.
Refunds will only be applicable where High Roller Society is deemed to be in contravention of these terms and conditions. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of High Roller Society.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Personal information received during the order process is strictly private and confidential and is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders. High Roller Society will never share your information without your express written consent.
Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending a blank email with "PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line to: info@highrollersociety.co.uk
GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
High Roller Society only accepts the following methods of payment: credit or debit card, Paypal, or cash if collected in person at the gallery premises. All online transactions are completed on a secure server and all card transactions are processed in store. All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank, or view an online currency converter such as www.xe.com. Please note that High Roller Society is not responsible for any inaccuracies or false information provided by any external website.
All payments, including all shipping and handling fees, must be paid in full with payments cleared before goods can be shipped or collected.
DELIVERY:
All orders to be shipped are posted using a guaranteed, trackable priority service, unless agreed otherwise with the purchaser in writing. Books are sent by 1st class post unless otherwise specified.
All orders to be shipped are posted on Thursdays only, for which the cut-off time is 9am. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. For mainland UK orders, the majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
High Roller Society takes special care to package items securely but are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders (i.e. orders to be delivered outside the UK) require an additional shipping fee as calculated in our Checkout page. International orders that do not include the additional shipping fee will not be processed until full payment is received. If full payment is not received within 3 days of the purchase date your order will be refunded.
High Roller Society is NOT responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes on orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SECONDARY MARKET RESALE POLICY:
High Roller Society does not condone the purchase of its goods to customers who wish to make a profit on it. If a purchased item is offered for sale on the Secondary market, then we reserve the right to refuse any further sales to that customer.
COPYRIGHT:
High Roller Society owns the rights to the design and written content of its website. Images used on this website are reproduced with permission of the relevant artist and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copyright is retained by High Roller Society, and the artists or legal owners and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or displayed without express written permission. Legal action may be pursued for any unauthorised use.
DISCLAIMERS:
High Roller Society reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
High Roller Society reserves the right to not sell an item to an individual or group at any given time, even if payment has been made. In such instances a full refund will be processed promptly.
High Roller Society is not responsible for any content that may be considered offensive on its website or on its premises, and is not responsible for the actions of users of its website. High Roller Society is not responsible for the content or security of any third party linked websites, and users are cautioned to access any external links at their own risk.
